THE STARTING POINT
A barbershop runs on lots of small moving parts.
Bookings, the calendar, client records, staff hours and the website usually live in separate tools. Nexva Barbers brings them together in one system, designed around how a barbershop works.
THE PRODUCT
From the day’s dashboard to the public website.

What it does
Calendar
The day’s appointments by barber, with booked time, free time and the gaps that can still be booked. By barber · Free time · Filters by service and statusClients
A record for each client with contact details, language, appointment history, internal notes and recorded consents. Search · History · Internal notes · ConsentsOpening hours
The shop’s general hours, each barber’s hours and blocked time. Booking availability comes from here. General hours · Per barber · Blocked timeOnline booking
Clients book in four steps: service, time, details and confirmation. If the shop wants, they can also choose their barber. Service → Time → Details → ConfirmationPublic website
Each barbershop gets its own website on its own subdomain, in Catalan and Spanish, with templates and an editor with live preview. Own subdomain · Templates · Versioned publishing
MOBILE
The website and booking, on mobile.
The public website and the booking flow are built to work well on a phone screen.
AUTOMATION
What runs on its own.
- A confirmation email to the client and a notification to the shop for every booking.
- A private link so clients can check or cancel their appointment.
- Availability worked out from opening hours, blocked time and existing appointments.
- Consents tied to the exact version of the legal text the client saw.
APPROACH
How it’s built.
- Each barbershop’s data is kept separate from everyone else’s.
- Times are stored in UTC and shown in the barbershop’s local time.
- The website is published in versions: editing changes nothing until you publish.
- Team access by invitation, with permissions by role.
